In-School Flu Clinic
County Line School District, in partnership with the Arkansas Department of Health, will hold an in-school flu clinic on October 15, 2026. Form deadline is October 9th.
If you would like your student to participate, please complete and sign the attached consent form and return it to the High School Office. You may also stop by the office to pick up a consent form.
Students will only be permitted to receive the flu immunization with a parent/guardian signature on the consent form.
