Mr. Manus' AP Biology students performing the DNA "Gel Electrophoresis Lab". Students observed the movement of molecules, based on size and charge, using electric devices. This technolgy has applications in forensic science, genetic analysis, and molecular biology, including DNA fingerprinting, paternity testing, and analyzing gene expression.
